We booked a table in Manciet at the Black Pig for the May open table on Wednesday 27 May.
In a warm atmosphere combining a bistro feel with a wine cellar, the restaurant offers a short menu, updated regularly, highlighting producers from the Gascony region.
Homemade charcuterie, local meats, seasonal dishes and gourmet desserts are served at the table, all accompanied by a fine selection of local wines and Armagnacs.
