101 Photography day – (session 1): Taking better phones – click here for more info

Mark Emmerson, a GLC Member’s husband,

and professional photographer,

has offered to provide the GLC with some photography lessons.

Mark uses his smart phone to complement his professional camera to capture his images.

This first photography day will be about how to “take better photos” using your smartphone camera or your SLR/Digital camera,

whichever you choose to use for this session, and he will focus on the art behind your photographs.

It will include how to compose your photo, looking for subjects, deciding what is the most important thing that you want to photograph, cropping, looking for the light etc.

The only requirement is that you want to take a better photo.

This will take place at the Salle de Fete Dému.

Starting time is 09h30, wrapping up around 12h30
