March Open Table at L’Angolo at Bassoues

For the past year, this address has found its place in Bassoues, offering homemade, healthy cuisine, inspired by Italian and European traditions, paying particular attention to the products of the land and those who produce them. In the kitchen, Jacopo Franceschini, born on the shores of Lake Como in northern Italy, concocts simple, inventive and tasty dishes.
He works directly with local market gardeners and breeders. He combines memories of his travels as a child to the markets of Istanbul, the ports of Greece, the Irish prairies, with his Italian roots, through his experiences in Canada, Portugal, and finally France.
